Shipping outside Germany: the ring card
Germany is the base. Everything else is a defined ring on top. Base per parcel by plan: Free 8.50 €, Premium 7.90 €, Legend 7.00 € (Germany, DHL, pick and pack, packaging included), then add the country surcharge. One surcharge per parcel, the same across every weight class: a filter pack and a batch brewer ship at the same price.

How the landed price is built
Every lot in the shop shows one price per kilo, built from three lines that stay visible. Nobody hides a margin inside the coffee price, and the producer sees exactly what the roaster pays.
A worked example
The demo lot Hambela Wamena Anaerobic Natural, Ethiopia, in the shop:
Ten bags of 60 kg are 600 kg, so 5,712 € at order. Optional lines: an EU organic surcharge the producer sets on certified lots, and the financing fee when the lot is paid per release through CAPITAL. Because lots are consolidated, ten bags pay container freight, not parcel freight.

Yes. Every DROP. plan is monthly with no minimum term. Start free, upgrade when it pays, downgrade or cancel whenever.
One flat price per parcel within Germany, including DHL, pick and pack and packaging. Outside Germany one surcharge per parcel is added by country ring, the same for every weight class: + 1.00 € to the Netherlands, + 3.00 € to Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria, + 5.50 € or + 7.50 € further out. Every country is on the ring card. A lower base rate is one of the things a higher plan buys.One flat price per parcel within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, no zones, including Planzer next-day delivery, pick and pack and packaging. A lower rate is one of the things a higher plan buys.
Free covers 50 orders a month, Premium 200, Legend is unlimited. If you outgrow a plan, you move up a tier.
