For Coffee Producers

Sell your green coffee
to European roasters.

smoasters GREEN. is a green coffee marketplace for specialty roasters in Europe. You list your coffees yourself, with photos, cupping scores and your own FOB price. We consolidate shipments, handle import and warehousing, and put your coffee in front of roasters who already buy through us.

Sell your green coffee

From your washing station to a roastery in Europe.

One coffee, step by step. It runs on its own; pick a step below to see what smoasters does at that point.

Step 1 of 6GREEN.You have the coffee. Who sees it?
  1. GREEN.You have the coffee. Who sees it?

Your cooperative page and every lot, listed by you: photos, cupping score, descriptors, harvest window and your own FOB price. Live within a day of review.

  2. GREEN.How does a roaster in Zurich find your lot?

Roasters filter by origin, variety, process, certification, score and availability. Your tags do the selling, and a sample request reaches you in the dashboard.

  3. GREEN.One contract, not twenty emails.

The roaster buys in the shop. You get one contract with the smoasters platform, the agreed FOB price and the payment terms in writing.

  4. GREEN.Ten bags do not fill a container.

We consolidate your lot with others from the same region into a shared container. Small lots travel at container freight, so they are worth listing.

  5. GREEN.Import, customs, organic paperwork?

Handled by us. The coffee arrives in our EU organic certified warehouse, is stored separately and released to the roaster as they roast.

  6. CAPITAL.When do you get paid?

On the agreed terms, not when the roaster is ready. If the roaster finances the lot through CAPITAL., the producer is still paid on time. You follow every payout in your dashboard.

Four steps, all in the shop.

01

Register as a producer

Create your account in the smoasters shop and choose the role producer. We verify the cooperative or estate once.

02

Set up your cooperative page

Story, region, altitude, members, certifications and photos. This becomes your public page in the shop, no design work needed.

03

Add each coffee

Variety, process, grade, screen size, harvest, bags available, FOB price, SCA cupping score, flavour descriptors and photos. Every coffee becomes its own product page.

04

We review, then it goes live

The green team checks the entry, the lot appears in the shop for verified roasters. Orders, samples and payouts you follow in your dashboard.

Work with tags to get found

Roasters filter. Your tags answer.

Every coffee carries these tags. Roasters filter by them, the origin and cooperative pages are built from them, and the flavour descriptors come straight from the SCA wheel. Left: what you enter. Right: cupping form and descriptors.

Your coffee, as a page a roaster can buy from.

This is the lot page in the shop, built from what you entered: gallery, tags, SCA cupping grid, flavour wheel, roast and brew recommendation, and your price as its own line.

Transparent pricing

The roaster sees your FOB price, the smoasters service fee per kg and the freight as separate lines. Nobody hides a margin inside your price.

Consolidated freight

We combine lots from several producers into shared containers. That is why small lots are worth listing: the roaster pays container freight, not parcel freight.

Two ways to buy

Roasters pay at order or finance the lot through smoasters CAPITAL.. Either way you follow the contract and the payout in your producer dashboard.
