Who is the seller to my customer?
The commercial chain is:
smoasters / Social Ecosystems → B2B sale → Roastery → B2C sale → Consumer
smoasters sells the product B2B to your roastery. Your roastery then sells the product B2C to the end customer.
The consumer's purchase agreement therefore exists between the consumer and your roastery.
This matters for consumer rights: for example, consumers may have statutory B2C withdrawal rights against your roastery.
The transaction between smoasters and the roastery is a separate B2B commercial relationship.
